Agent and Homeowner Preferred. An ASP® Stager will thoroughly review the property including the interior and exterior appeal. After a verbal consultation with the homeowner, a custom, written Home Staging Report will be provided which includes a room-by-room checklist, photos of the property as seen through the eyes of a buyer, as well as general staging tips. Access to an online Staging Idea Center(coming soon) is also included where homeowners can get additional decorating and staging tips. Once the homeowner completes the checklist, Studio 12 returns to fine tune the property in a follow up visit.
